Potential fix for https://github.com/SquirrelCorporation/SquirrelServersManager/security/code-scanning/56

To fix the problem, we need to ensure that all occurrences of the $ character in the placeholder are replaced. This can be achieved by using a regular expression with the global flag (g). Specifically, we should replace placeholder.replace('$', '\\$') with placeholder.replace(/\$/g, '\\$').

This change ensures that all occurrences of the $ character are properly escaped, preventing any potential issues with incomplete escaping.

Incomplete string escaping or encoding High

This does not escape backslash characters in the input.

To fix the problem, we need to ensure that backslashes are properly escaped in the placeholder.replace method. This can be done by using a regular expression with the global flag to replace all occurrences of the backslash character. Specifically, we should replace backslashes with double backslashes to ensure they are properly escaped.
