Consider hover background color (purple vs grey) #178

When implementing design changes, consider adhering to one hover highlight color on dashboard (and everywhere)... grey or purple. Purple makes more sense considering it is an "action" to click the item. This also applies to the leaderboard.

None actionable, design role, opinion. Overridden by 6569df9 anyway which will provide a lot of unity + coherence. Purple is for for active links only, div focus needs to be reviewed more for something like this to be proposed.
