selectedValues field should not be modified in the control #36

I think the selectedValues propery should be duplicated in the control and then the onchanged tracks the changes.

This fixes problems where the calling control is having the data modified unexpectedly,

While selectedValues is final, the add and remove operations work on the list even though the list object itself is not modified
