Design a completion certificate

This is up for discussion.

After the students have finished hour program, there should be a method to award them. Introducing Terasology's very own issued e-Certificate. This e-Certificate can be requested by individual students or requested by the institution that uses Terasology's curriculum.

The e-Certificate should contain the name of the student including signatures of person-in-charge of Terasology.

How does a student/institution request for a certificate?

There's 2 method up for a debate.

1. Create a new issue to request for a certificate (Seperate repository containing all e-Certificate)
2. They email us to request for certificate and we issue it to them.
