Bump node-datachannel

node-datachannel v0.23.0 fix this issue murat-dogan/node-datachannel#310 which make anything depending on node-datachannel break in some case, like hot reload with some frameworks

version 0.20 onwards isn't stable and doesn't establish webrtc connections properly so I cannot upgrade

oh ok sad, you close this then if you dont want it. i've used the override in package.json to bump it manually for my use case
