Midea vertical swing not working?

Hi!
I tried with my midea heat pump.
Everything works fine except vertical swing.
Note that my unit does not have horizontal swing.
With the oem remote if I push on vertical swing button, the « flap » moves about 1/4in then stops. If I hold the same remote button about 2sec, tve « flap » moves continuously.

I need some advices.
