We have two RXCUIs, and it looks like one is for casein while the other is for cow milk: https://name-resolution-sri.renci.org/lookup?string=cow%20milk&autocomplete=true&offset=0&limit=10

But they should have better CURIEs, which would also give us better preferred labels.
