UAlbertaALTLab/korp-frontend#34 will add deploy script(s) to the korp-frontend repo. The webhooks for Korp should be updated to point to those new scripts once they exist.

The webhook should pull the latest commits from korp-frontend into /opt/ (not /etc/), then build the Docker container.
