Paradigm pane headers/sub-headers should be changeable when relabelling

When label type is changed, not just the contents of the panes but also the header and the sub header of the pane itself should change.

Actually, the cells should follow which orthography is selected, but any non-cell content (row labels, column labels, and headings or subheadings) should change according to selected type of relabeling.
