Shorten the prereqs, as voted for

Currently, our prereqs look like they look, with +400 lines of markdown text.

An alternative way to do prerequisites can be found here. This alternative way follows these rules:

• The learners' time is precious
• Hence, short is better, prefer links over writing down here
• Details are moved to a FAQ

As I wrote this alternative ways, I am biased, so I request a vote:

Could we vote for the prereqs to:

• 1. Remain like they are
• 2. Follow more the alternative way
