Aggregation of Sectors Not Working

Thanks to everyone for continued support on this great resource.

It seems that aggregation of models is not quite working. I used the aggregation template to make my own aggregation of four sectors into one (33522* into 335221), and all seemed to work but it fails when checking balances. Namely the three sectors weren't removed from the rows and so when comparing the totals (makeInd-comInd, etc.) it's comparing rows that shouldn't be there anymore.

Btw disaggregation continues to be working fine.
