Expected behaviour

Favorites skins shuffle after every competitive match ("classic" matchmaking, Premier...)

Actual behaviour

Favorites skins shuffle doesn't work at all if I play only competitive match. I tried to restart Counter-Strike between each game but still the same. It only works if I play another gamemode between the game.
It also works when I play "offline" training games (against bots) - EDIT : it's not 100% consistent locally against bots when I relaunch several times on different maps, I end up with the same shuffle even after relaunching several times. .

Steps for reproducing this issue

1. Configure a shuffle
2. Play a competitive match - 1st time
3. Play a competitive match - nth time : still the same skins
4. Play another gamemode - skins shuffled
5. Play a competitive match - skins are the same than previous step (didn't reshuffle - and won't until you play another gamemode)

Additional note

I found this ticket about this issue #3417 but it has been closed by the author even if it looks like it hasn't been fixed

I am experiencing this identical issue - skins shuffle in all other modes except between matches of premier/competetive. I can barely find anyone talking about this.

It doesn't feel like expected behaviour as skins shuffling between matches would not effect the game competetively.

If i play a non-premier gamemode - my skins will shuffle. If i play premier - my skins will not shuffle between matches.

Ryzen 5 5600X Nvidia RTX 3060TI ROG STRIX B550-F.

Windows 11 Home 10.0.26100

I have tried reinstalling - shifting the game to a different hard-drive - verifiying the game files. No progress.
