[Feature Request] Add menu bar icon for Vesktop on macOS

Motivation

It is often quite nice to have quick control over your input and output, especially when in a hurry. Discord has a menubar icon on macOS similar to Windows, allowing you to mute and/or deafen:

Vesktop however, lacks this important feature.

Solution

Implement a menu bar icon into vesktop for macOS

Alternatives

I have attempted to go into Vesktop settings to "Enable Menu Bar", but to no avail. The other tray-related setting doesn't change anything at all either.
