[feat] Navbar redesign

Would you like to have a new feature? Please describe.

I am looking some dev who can redesign the navbar completely a/c to the design provided .
The design is in design folder present inside the root.
Write code for navbar in Component/Navbar.js

Note: Please visit to V1.0.0 branch and make that changes into that branch only and push changes into v1.0 0 branch only not in main branch.
All the communication regarding the designing part will done in Discord only.

How would this feature be beneficial for the project

It will make the Ui more flexible and responsive.

Additional context

If anyone takes this then should complete this section within 5 days of assigned. Although the time can be extneded.

Please see the guidelines before making Pr and do dev as per the design not exactly but try to do atleast same.
