The file CITATION.cff states licensing is Apache-2.0, whereas the file Curie.pm says "same terms as Perl itself" (i.e. GPL or Artistic). The Github project metadata does not include a licensing hint.
Please clearify licensing, preferrably in each file containing creative work (for your own good: the very point of free software is to encourage reuse, and only when included within each file do you reliably promote your preferred licensing for those reusing), or at least somewhere and in some style that unambiguously states which content is covered by which licensing.
On a related note (but I will file a separate issue on that), you include generated files with the source project, some of which (the file bin/rdfpuml.exe) potentially includes non-free library code.

Unfortunately the licensing is still somewhat confusing: Curie.pm is licensed under the same licensing as perl itself, which means Artistic 1.0 (Perl), whereas the CITATION.iff file states the project license as being Artistic 2.0.
