When I install mmrotate==0.3.4, the system will report an error and say that mmrotate==0.3.4 is only limited to mmdet >=2.25.1, <3.0.0, mmcv-full>=1.5.3, <1.8.0. And I also found information on mmrotate's official website.

I checked the official website, and it's true that there's an inconsistency. I'm not sure how I managed it previously (perhaps by compiling from scratch). Please refer to the installation guide below directly and follow the steps there to see whether it works:
