Description

On the Apply to Facilitate and Co-host pages, the HTML is being displayed right after the form submit button. We need to fix this issue.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions (optional)

  1. Go to Apply to Facilitate or Co-host
  2. Scroll down to I agree to the WordPress text
