Can anybody help me out? 👍 🥇 |
Hi Jimbojones, The issues tab is not meant for feature requests, it is meant for bug reports and issues with the software. For feature requests, please go to our community forum (community.x2crm.com). There we have a forum meant for feature requests (http://community.x2crm.com/forum/8-feature-requests/), or email info@x2engine.com. You might find that other users have already figured out a work-around with features in the system, or get help from other users. Sincerely, |
Hi Phil |
Hi Jimbojones, I apologize for misunderstanding your message. Something that might work for you instead would be to pair your web lead form with a workflow to send out the emails. One possible way of doing this would be to set the web lead form to tag your web leads (with 'XYZ' for example). Then create a work flow that triggers off a record created, with a condition of "Has Tags 'XYZ'" to ensure it only triggers off of this specific web lead form, then send an email, where you'll be able to fill out the message and subject, who it's sending from and where it is going. Since your template is already filled out with the to field, I would recommend copying & pasting it into the message and filling in the 'to' field manually, just to be safe. Sincerely, |
Hi Phil |
Hi Jimbo, So I did some testing and it seems to be with the web lead form specifically. It does work when sending out an email without an address in the 'to' field, from a contacts page. If you'd like to reach out to info@x2engine.com, we can discuss this further. Sincerely, |
Love this tool (but...)
