需求/建议描述

在实际使用过程中可能会综合考虑各种模型的：速度，成本，翻译效果等。可能会频繁切换不同的ai模型进行翻译
希望能添加一个类似 ”沉浸式翻译“ 中的 “添加OpenAI兼容服务“ 的功能。
让用户可以添加多个不同模型的ai翻译服务，方便随时切换
