Update XML parser for ZWave_custom_cmd_classes.xml v2.2.2

Basically the new xml file has some changes that parser doesn't recognise or require logic change.
E.g. the line below doesn't exist anymore to display defined values.
<valueattrib key="0x00" hasdefines="false" showhex="true" />
Also reference_client prints out when doing setdefault
