how to show blocks any where?

hi,
i am using this code in the panel to save blocks field in one column of my model.

return $form
    ->schema([
        PageBuilder::make('blocks')->label('blocks')
    ]);

and i want to use it in my view where i want to (not in page).
how can i do this ?

i found this code from package and it is working . is there any better way?
