Package this theme to flatpak repo

Describe the problem:
When use this theme, all apps in flatpak dont apply the theme correctly, using the vanilla mode. Reading the docs of flatpak like this recommend package the theme to install via flakpak too and all apps will use.

I would love to do this, but I'm not familiar with developing for Flatpak. If anyone here is experienced in packaging Flatpak themes or knows where I could find some documentation on how to do so, that would be greatly appreciated.
