By Default Server works only on LAN
To switch server world wide 
enable port forwarding by visiting http://192.168.1.1/ and then navigate to
Application section
put 56789 in both blanks for WAN Port
put 5678 in both blanks for LAN Port
Select your device as internal client
Protocol: TCP
Enable Mapping
Then  add it!

Logon to https://freedns.afraid.org/subdomain/
Google your public IP
Redirect free dns domain to your public IP
