Visualize target metrics values vs real-time measurements

We read SLAs and translate them into metrics and expected values of those metrics.
We currently only visualize the real-time measurements that we obtain for the metrics.
It seems to be a very useful visualization if we can visualize the target/expected values
for a metric in the same context. It makes comparisons easier and tracks changed better.
