add principal redemption amount (PRNXT) calculation convention #24

currently principal redemption amount calculation is a fixed formula (A). replace through convention such that different formulas can be used.

requires:

PRACC term: Principal Redemption Amount Calculation Convention
PRACC Enums: (continuous, discrete, )
PRACC discrete implementation: current function A
PRACC continuous implementation: simplified function

in order to be consistent, we should also rename Next Principal Redemption Payment -> Principal Redemption Amount
