[comparefamily] does not report length of nameID 1 > 31

comparefamily’s Single Face Test 2 reports

Single Face Test 2: Length overrun check for name ID's 1, 2, 4, 16, 17. Max 63 characters.

While nameID1 may technically exceed 31 characters per OT specification, the reality is that these names lead to problems in MS Word (tested on Windows, in version 2412, Build 18324.20240):

• truncated menu name
• dropout of characters (it seems it’s most characters beyond ASCII, or codepoint > 255) – see screenshot
