Current oob invitation is not validate and those not provide any routing information this ticket is aimed at fixing that

Can you details the reasons why you believe the current OOB invitation is not valid? Note that the OOB URL does not have to be routable... It purely for static processing. A URL is simply used so that redirection to a wallet app can be possible, instead of copy pasting.
