UI improvements to improve usability #10

I have previously done designs for the same set of functionality. The main improvements of those designs over the module functionality are:

Apply CSS styles to options in select, improve visibility of what the heading looks like prior to selecting it
Reduce the visual impact of dropdown by using icons and shortened titles
Align select dropdown to the right of the parent input field

As per concept designs here Adjustable block title/headers

Good stuff! this helps people make more accessible content structures on the page, especially for blocks that don't have a WYSIWYG to apply headings.
