Hi Guys, I have contributed to estimators in anomaly detection and transformations in the past. I have a good understanding of the entire toolkit. Would love if any projects get added in those modules. But also willing to participate in implementing algorithms currently proposed. |

Hello! I'm Rudrrayan (or Rono), a 1st-year Computer Science Student at the University of Southampton. I am keen on participating in this year's GSoC to help contribute more to Open Source and Aeon, especially Project 1 on the clustering side. I've used Aeon and similar projects like sktime in the past - this feels like an amazing opportunity to contribute back! |

Hey all! My name is Vijay Samant, and I am a second-year student at University of Delhi, pursuing a B.Tech. degree in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation. I am deeply passionate about Python and open source, and I am excited to express my interest in contributing to the Aeion Toolkit project for GSoC 2025. While I have not yet worked with the Aeion Toolkit, I have developed several personal Python projects that have allowed me to explore different aspects of machine learning. I am particularly interested in topics like Decision Trees, Classifiers, and Forecasting models, and I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge in the field. I am excited about the prospect of contributing to open-source projects and collaborating with the Aeion Toolkit community. |

Thanks for the interest everyone. I posted this a while back on Slack, but we are happy to be confirmed as a participating project under the NumFOCUS umbrella. Best of luck to everyone making an application. I recommend going through the GSoC and NumFOCUS guidance when you start putting it together. |
