Cannot install abctl

I tried install abctl on both Linux and Ubuntu version on AWS, and it consistently failed. I already have the docker installed and the machine has 4 CPU and > 8 GB RAM.

Here is the message I am getting and it's consistently failing:

abctl local install --low-resource-mode

DEBUG helm: Deployment is not ready: airbyte-abctl/airbyte-abctl-connector-builder-server. 0 out of 1 expected pods are ready
