UX Improvement: make the different panels/pages movable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to muscle memory from most other launchers, me and some other people would have issues with the swipe down to widgets gesture, as for most this gesture is linked in their minds with notifications.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having the options to move the panels/pages, and providing the option to make the swipes to different pages be assigned different actions (like swipe down to go to notifications, or maybe swipe left to open camera)

Describe alternatives you've considered
I did not really consider alternatives, but you could also make there be a handle somewhere to drag to go to widgets, otherwise any other swipe should go to notifications.
