Allow user to enter a custom URL for a dapp not in the ecosystem tab

The new ecosystem tab works very well for dapp usage. however, there's a need to allow a custom dapp - other wallets handle this by allowing a URL to be entered by the user in the search box (i.e. metamask or rabby do this). This is especially painful when working with the mulitple testnet's that are not on alph.land yet for alph.

Coinbase wallet offers a similar "search or URL' search box.

Please allow a user to enter a custom URL in the environments tab to use the in-wallet browser for a dapp that's not listed.
