Add "loaded" class on sections that have been lazy loaded

Adding the "loaded" or "fp-loaded" class on those sections would make things easier for those who want to track what sections have been lazy loaded.

It will also help to do things like lazy load backgrounds without having to use custom code on the FP callbacks.
