Internal error with npc

I have a problem with NPCs, my server is in Spigot 1.18 and I use version 22.3.4 for Bedwars1058 and version 2.0.37 (the latest) of Citizen, but when I want to configure an NPC for the BedWars, an error appears: "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command". Could you help me?
