[DE, ES, FI, FR, IT, PT] Item descriptions are too long

What happened
Several item descriptions are too long and draw over or beyond the text box borders.

Expected behavior
Descriptions that do not draw outside the border of the text box.
I made pull requests for the EN and BR ones, so I'll just document the rest of what I can find here for people fluent in the rest of the languages. I only know English speakers and PT-BR speakers :)

I already sent an updated Finnish translation in issue #359, which should fix all issues AFAIK, I haven't checked latest builds (last time I checked was almost a year ago) so idk if it got implemented, I'll check later when I have some time.
