Hi and thank you for this tool!

Our analysis server only supports Singularity, not Docker.
Would it be a lot of work to use Singularity instead of Docker or as an option here, too?

Dear Stefan,
I guess it is not much effort, but I don't have much experience with Singularity. Will try to implement it soon, if anyone more experienced jumps in here - PRs are welcome!

If I have time I'll try it. We would also have an interest to add SLRM support. Do you have a SLURM system where you could try this?

No we don't have SLURM here... Would love to expand though. I nice starting point for ideas might be the nf-core pipelines
