A clear description of the feature you'd like to see implemented

When a player pings the proxy from the multiplayer menu, i would like to then check if the player pinging is banned and display a custom message back to them. This message would be fully customizable via the config allowing for the server owner to display a plethora of items, depending on their liking.

Some ideas that can be displayed:

How long until they are unbanned (if temp banned)
Why they are banned

litebans support?

There isn't really need for litebans support as I handle bans in such a way that is incompatable with litebans. Unless you're talking about importing bans from litebans.

i prefer to use litebans so i'm just going to use neutron

That is fair, but I would like to let you know that neutron will not be recieving further support (or so I was told by Crypnotic). With that being said, here soon the /ban will be able to be disabled.

maybe this is better for a seperate plugin, but are you able to hook into a LiteBans database and use that, like a LiteBans bridge

Better for a separate plugin? There'd be no need if you disable banning on Catalyst. Same applies for the Bridge.

for this ban MOTD message to show wouldn't catalyst need banning enabled
