Have the bridges (cloudbrX) been configured ?
If not, please refer to the cloudstack document how to setup a kvm host.

i referred to that & configured them correctly but the issue still persists

can you the the log level to DEBUG and restart cloudstack-agent ?

i had to enter my UUID in GUID of agent.properties it's working fine now, host creation was successful. Thanks for your help

Likely it seems you have a broken host setup whose agent.properties doesn’t have the necessary details to use the configured network devices. Was this a host that failed to be added and can you try these zone deploy or host addition again? Make sure /dev/kvm is available in case you’re setting up in a VM.
