[Site] Update parquet site

The parquet-site has not been updated for a long time while the parquet-format has added new changes. We need to update the site to match those changes.

Is there a timeline for updating the website so it can match Parquet Logical Type Definitions, (this snapshot is at commit 18df2d4)?

I remember that the community does not want to maintain the parquet spec in the site because it can be easily out of sync. I'd suggest to refer to the parquet-format repo as the single source of truth.
