Some comments on the OP hierarchy:

  • The xrefs for RO don't refer to RO IDs
  • the URIs such as http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/RO_#part_of are not proper RO IDs
  • no definitions
  • the difference between targeted_by and targeted_by_antibiotic is not clear
    • maybe it's to do with level in hierarchy? But this doesn't work well with OWL
  • the regulates relation xrefs RO but the meaning is not the same
