Any tricks to reproduce the performance in paper?

With the default setting provided by author, the best performance i can get is 27.4（map@0.5）/ 8.9（map@0.7) .
How can i get the performance in paper? 29.6（map@0.5）/ 9.7（map@0.7)？
Is the performance in the paper for the Thumos14-I3D-JOINTFeatures？
