In the file named README.md, if you click on "documentation", you will get an empty page:

Just for the record: On the project's official website scroll down a bit to "Documentation". There you can read the simple statement: "There is no SkyMaker documentation yet." – so this is not an issue but a state.

Seems, the projects on this site were last updated in 2014 ... 9 years ago ... and since nothing happend there. I guess these projects are abandonned by their inventors who seemingly created everything for a PHd / Master thesis.
