MRG generator cannot generate MRG from a non-default branch (e.g. for testing)

Original Issue

Using MRG generator v 1.3.1, I use the following input (where the complete path to the curatedir is https://github.com/essif-lab/framework/tree/mrg-guinea-pigging/docs/tev2):

Note that I have changed SAF.yaml to say scopedir: https://github.com/essif-lab/framework/tree/mrg-guinea-pigging/docs/tev2, and that I have committed it to the github repo.

Here are the first few lines of the MRG that is generated:

This shows that the MRG appears to be generated from the master rather than the mrg-guinea-pigging branch, as I would have expected, which I consider to be a bug.
