ECR Connections ECRConnections stackset fails to create

ECRRegistrationStackSet | CREATE_FAILED | Resource handler returned message: "Parameters: [SecretName] do not exist in the template (Service: CloudFormation, Status Code: 400, Request ID

The init cloudformation attempts to create a stackset passing SecretName but the parameter is SecretsManagerSecretName.

I will follow up this issue with a Pullrequest to correct.
