More clear deployment guidance in the github page

Describe the bug
1/ We need to remove https://s3.amazonaws.com/Guidances-reference/media2cloud/latest/media2cloud.template link from https://aws-solutions-library-samples.github.io/media-entertainment/media2cloud-on-aws.html#anonymized-data-collection page because it causes confusion.
2/ We need to add clear guidance about where to download/find Cloudformation templates under the "Deploy the Guidance" section: https://aws-solutions-library-samples.github.io/media-entertainment/media2cloud-on-aws.html#deploy-the-guidance

If you can point me to which GitHub repo this HTML page lives in, I can send a PR quickly. Thanks in advance.
