Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Uploading a dicom file could work or not, a mean, not always but several times just doesn't show the image

Expected behavior
In previous releases show a clear image dicom to work with

As you can see, only a black screen and thats all

    Any OS
    In Mac , iOS (iphone 13), Windows 10-11 or Linux (Arch)

  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]
    Safari, Firefox and chrome

  • Version [e.g. 22]

  • Device: [e.g. iPhone6, desktop]
    Desktop and iPhone 13

Server details Nextcloud 28.0.6

Operating System: Linux 5.15.0-107-generic x86_64
CPU: AMD EPYC-Milan Processor (4 cores)
Memory: 7.72 GB
PHP Version: 8.2.18
Type: mysql
Version: 8.0.37

DICOM viewer app version:
2.1.2

We have still the same issue, we could change the dicom image compression and its now shown.
In our case it´s was JGEG 2000 compressed.

But its would be nice if its possible to handle at next cloud site because some modalitys are send as JPEG2000

I made some test and it works in NC Version 27 but stops working 28 onwards
