عدم اجرای برنامه در پایتون #1

وقتی برنامه را اجرا مینمایم در مرحله اول باقی می ماند و نمی تواند به آدرس زیر برود
connect: wss://api.bale.ai/v1/bots/...

قرار دارد، اجرا شده است

سلام، برنامه پایتون را که اجرا میکنم، بعد از اینکه به
updater.run()
میرود
پیغام خطای زیر را میدهد:
network.py 32
connect: wss://api.bale.ai/v1/bots/6e38...

انگار که آدرس فوق وجود نداشته باشد

دوست عزیز برنامه به درستی اجرا شده این چیزی که براش شما مینویسه
log
هستش .خطا نیست.
بازو شما اجرا شده و آماده دریافت و ارسال پیام هست.
