Could Not initiated sensor and no module named serial #124

I try this on Debian 12 using U.are.U 4500 digitalpersona fingerprint sensor. I found some problems:

There is not /dev/ttyUSB in the machine. I don't know how .
When i run file example_enroll.py, return this error message:
The fingerprint sensor could not be initialized! Exception message: module 'serial' has no attribute 'Serial'

Any body knows how to solve it?
Notes: i have install python3-fingerprints and it run well as a program to enroll, list and delete fingerprint
