Compare box changes input graph

When you use a graph box as input to a compare box, that also has the output of FCI or GFCI as a parent, it changes the content of the graph box from a DAG to a PAG. I think the user should (i) have the option of comparing the output to a DAG or a PAG even if the search output is a PAG, and (ii) the contents of the graph box should not be changed just because it is an input to something else.
