ik vind meerdere punten onduidelijk aan de schriftelijke consultatie omschreven in artikel 22:

of het nou stemming/besluitvorming impliceert met 'uitslag' in lid 6 en het voor/tegen/onthouden in lid 5
of onze antwoorden dan naar de hele partijraad zouden gaan of naar bestuur
in geval van besluitvorming, verwachte deadline voor antwoorden
